★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, levei meu celular aí, ficaram uma semana com ele, não arrumaram, não falaram nem qual era o problema, e ainda destruíram a capa traseira do celular tentando abrir, não tem cuidado algum com o aparelho. Boa sorte para quem for confiar neles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui comprar uma capinha de celular (perguntei se tinha para meu celular é a vendedora falou que tinha) além da demora de atendimento que gerou uma espera de Proximadamente 50 minutos, a vendedora queria empurrar planos de telefonia (no qual já possuo da mesma operadora) no final das contas não tinha capinha para meu aparelho, esse é o último lugar que irei caso eu necessite de qualquer coisa relacionado a telefonia.
I went to buy a cell phone case (I asked if I had it for my cell and the seller said I had it) in addition to the delay in the service that generated a wait of approximately 50 minutes, the seller wanted to push phone plans (which I already have from the same operator) in the end I didn't have a case for my phone, this is the last place I'll go if I need anything related to telephony.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bem atendido, nada a reclamar quanto aos profissionais que ali estao fazendo seu trabalho e por sinal, bem feito. O problema é o tempo de espera e demora na soluçao de problemas. Toda vez que é oferecido um plano pela loja eles induzam a gente a mudar de numero, perdi um numro que tive por muitos anos e tbm 18 mil pontos o vivo valoriza. Qualquer alteraçao de plano nao aceito essa conversa q o numero nao esta disponivel para essa promoçao. Fiquem atentos.

Every time a plan is offered through the store they induce us to change numbers, I lost a number that I had for many years and also 18,000 points the live value.
