★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na loja Vivo do shopping Oriundi e parte dos funcionários estavam batendo papo e sequer perguntaram o que eu queria. Esperei uns 10 minutos de pé e desisti. Atendimento horrível. Saí de lá e fui nessa outra loja Vivo, atendimento de outro nível, imediatamente ao entrar uma funcionária já perguntou o que eu precisava e me encaminhou para o vendedor de Vivo fibra. Adquiri o produto e estou satisfeito.
I went to the Vivo store at the Oriundi mall and some of the employees were chatting and didn't even ask what I wanted. I waited about 10 minutes to stand and gave up. Horrible service. I left there and went to that other Vivo store, service of another level, immediately upon entering an employee already asked what I needed and referred me to the Vivo fibra salesperson. I purchased the product and am satisfied.
