★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é ótima ,mas o tendimento é muito rígido para uma pequena loja, nem a central de atendimento e tão izigenteasim capaz de recusar documento original como identidade e carteira de motorista. O único defeito da vivo é não ter um número de contato , se ligamos por outro canal só será atendido após meia hora de espera para falar com um atendente. Por outros serviços e ótima operadora.
The store is great, but the trend is very strict for a small store, not even the call center is so eager to refuse original documents such as ID and driver's license. Vivo's only defect is that it doesn't have a contact number, if we call through another channel, it will only be answered after half an hour of waiting to speak with an attendant.
