★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não resolvem nada! Me mandaram ir lá pra resolver minha situação e cheguei lá me mandaram ir pra Nova Iguaçu. Fui a toa. "A Vivo toda tá sem sistema", isso é motivo de felicidade pra eles, tudo dão desculpas pra não trabalhar. Se essa loja não resolve nada, então fecha!
 They don't solve anything! They told me to go there to solve my situation and when I got there they told me to go to Nova Iguaçu. I went for nothing. "All of Vivo has no system", that's a reason for happiness for them, everything gives excuses for not working. If this store doesn't solve anything, then it closes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em relação a loja não tenho o que reclamar. Mas em relação a uma atendente de lá que fez um pedido pelo Ifood e fui como entregador .. ela foi ignorante e nem pra por especificações de entrega achando que eu deveria adivinhar tudo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me sentindo enganado, fui apenas para reativar um chip que bloqueei por ter sido roubado e a atendente me falou que eu precisava assinar dois contratos um de desbloqueio e outro de reativação. Os contratos não falam nada do desbloqueio só vi depois que chegou no e-mail. Um de assinatura de plano que eu ja tinha e outro de outro plano de tv que eu não pedir nada disso. Vou buscar meus direitos na justiça. Não da para acreditar nesses atendentes de loja...
Feeling cheated, I just went to reactivate a chip that I blocked because it was stolen and the attendant told me that I needed to sign two contracts, one for unlocking and the other for reactivation. The contracts do not say anything about the unlocking I only saw after it arrived in the email. One for a subscription plan I already had and another for another tv plan that I didn't ask for any of this. I will seek my rights in court. You can't believe these store clerks...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piores atendentes da vivo fica localizado no shopping de Nilópolis, eles não conseguem resolver nada, procurem outra loja da vivo, atendentes ignorantes, e sem estudos, pq não sabem q hj e lei aceitar o RG digital...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todas as operados tem um ponto fraco, e o ponto fraco da vivo são os atendentes dessa loja, onde para recuperar meu meu número, pq fui assaltado não consigo pq meu RG está com defeito, o engraçado é q é o mesmo RG com defeito q fiz portabilidade, fiz o bloqueamento parcial para não conseguirem usar o meu número, o mesmo RG com defeito fiz tudo, mas os atendentes com má vontade não conseguem recuperar o meu número, nem com o RG digital q hj e lei não consigo...

Very small place to serve the public service in the municipality, staff would be carefree with the service, used to other beer I thought it was terrible!
