★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu ja tenho o servico ha muitos anos e sempre no meu conceito foi o melhor mas de dois meses pra ca ta horrivel sinal cai toda hora mes passado eu ficava TODAS as tardes sem sinal so voltava2 horas da manhaa tive ate q chamar tecnicos pois eu estou trabalhando em casa mas o problema p mim continua com o sinal cainda e nada é resolvido
Agente liga é muito demorado o tempo de espera por conta do covid 19 mas os atendentes q estao p nos atende nao sabem atender nossas duvidas nao sabem explicar nada quando nao finaliza nossa chamada.
Se possivel outro tecnico seria bom vir
Pois me garantiram desconto nessa fatura e manter o valor em tempo de pandemia e o valor veio total
I have had the service for many years and always in my concept it was the best, but from two months to just a horrible signal it falls every hour last month I stayed ALL afternoons without a signal only came back2 hours in the morning I even had to call technicians because I am working at home but the problem p me still with the signal falling and nothing is solved
Agent calls the waiting time due to the covid 19 but the attendants who are answering us do not know how to answer our doubts do not know how to explain anything when they do not end our call.
If possible another technician would be nice to come
Because I was guaranteed a discount on that invoice and kept the value in time of pandemic and the value came total
