â â â â â Recomendo que as pessoas nĂŁo procurem atendimento na Loja da Vivo no Shopping Metropolitano . Hj tive o desprazer de ir lĂĄ pela primeira vez ( e Ășltima ) para ter informaçÔes de como contratar uma wi fi residencial . Isso por volta de dez e meia de manhĂŁ . Me atendeu um rapaz com extrema mĂĄ vontade, sem a mĂnima empatia , com cara de sono e respondendo minhas perguntas de forma monossilĂĄbica e sem o mĂnimo interesse em ajudar ou orientar o cliente . Tenho quase sessenta anos e nem minha idade motivou o rapaz a ficar um pouco mais interessado em ajudar e buscar uma solução para o que eu precisava . Queria se livrar de mim o mais rĂĄpido possĂvel . Um horror o atendimento . Penso que a Vivo , alĂ©m de gastar milhĂ”es com Campanhas PublicitĂĄrias deveria destinar verba para treinar melhor seus funcionĂĄrios principalmente os que lidam com o pĂșblico no dia a dia . NĂŁo volto nessa loja nunca mais e sugiro a vc que estĂĄ lendo essa mensagem procure outra opção caso tenha que ir a uma Loja da Vivo .
I recommend that people do not seek service at Loja da Vivo at Shopping Metropolitano. Today I had the misfortune of going there for the first (and last) time to get information on how to hire a residential wi-fi. This is around ten-thirty in the morning. I was attended by a guy with extreme ill will, without the slightest empathy, with a sleepy face and answering my questions in a monosyllabic way and without the slightest interest in helping or guiding the client. I am almost sixty years old and not even my age motivated the boy to become a little more interested in helping and seeking a solution for what I needed. Wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible. Horrible service. I think that Vivo , in addition to spending millions on Advertising Campaigns , should allocate funds to better train its employees , especially those who deal with the public on a day - to - day basis . I will never go back to this store again and I suggest you who are reading this message look for another option if you have to go to a Vivo store.
