★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma cabeceira de cama e um colchão box. A entrega foi dentro do prazo combinado. Após montagem da cabeceira e colocação da cama box, durante a noite fui arrastar a cabeceira no âmbito de colocar o pino do carregador de meu celular para carregar na tomada que fica em baixo da cabeceira e a mesma em seu lado posterior ao qual arrastei soltou. Telefonei para loja fui super bem atendido e o gerente me disse que mandaria o montador para arrumar. Pouco depois chega em minha casa o montador Marcos muito educado e atencioso, fez uma melhoria que até a fábrica invejaria se visse. Quero dizer com isso, que eu e minha esposa estamos realmente gratos a todos colaboradores da loja Zema de Carangola e principalmente com este exemplo de profissional Marcos e seu companheiro o qual não sei o nome. Mas que foram de inteiro profissionalismo e colocando sempre a satisfação do cliente em primeiro lugar. Que DEUS ilumine a todos da eletro Zema de Carangola. Obrigado Douglas e Therezinha.
I bought a headboard and a box mattress. Delivery was on schedule. After assembling the headboard and placing the box bed, during the night I dragged the headboard in order to place the charger pin of my cell phone to charge in the socket that is under the headboard and the same on its back side to which I dragged it loose. I called the store I was very well attended and the manager told me he would send the assembler to fix it. Shortly after, the assembler Marcos, very polite and attentive, arrived at my house, he made an improvement that even the factory would envy if he saw it. I mean by this, that my wife and I are really grateful to all employees of the Zema store in Carangola and especially with this example of professional Marcos and his companion who I don't know the name of. But they were completely professional and always put customer satisfaction first. May GOD enlighten everyone on the electro Zema of Carangola. Thank you Douglas and Therezinha.
