★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja Zema-Serro : Estive nesse estabelecimento em 11/07 para comprar um colchão e fui muito mal atendida pela Luciana. Por não conhecer a cidade e achar que era a única loja acabei comprando, mas se soubesse que havia outra loja, como de fato há, jamais teria comprado lá. Simpatia zero.
Zema-Serro Store: I was at this establishment on 11/07 to buy a mattress and I was very poorly attended by Luciana. Because I did not know the city and thought it was the only store I ended up buying, but if I knew there was another store, as there was, I would never have bought it there. Zero sympathy.
