★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A atendente ótima, super solícita. As peças baratas e de ótimas qualidades. Porém, fui na loja hoje e comprei algumas peças. Minha compra deu um valor de 138 teias. Na hora de passar o cartão o moço moreno que estava no caixa falou que se viesse juros na compra nao era da loja e sim da financeira do meu cartão. Gente tenho conta no santander ha 18 anos e uso o cartão, e nunca me aconteceu de cobrarem juros. Ou seja, ele ja sabia que iria cobrar juros e nao avisou. Quando reclamei, ele tentou jogar a culpa na financeira do meu cartão, mais não , a loja faz secagem desconta do do cliente os juros que a maquininha tira do comércio. Assim que sai da loja liguei no Banco e eles fslram que os juros é sim da loja e não do meu cartão. Não é pelos 6 reais de juros que me foi cobrado e
e sim pela secagem. Quem paga 138, paga 144. Mais deveria ser informado ao cliente. Se eles tirarem 6 reais de cada cliente, imagina o quanto eles não faturam em cima dos outros por mês. Ou coloquem informativo avisando que quando o cliente comprar no cartão vai ter juros. Dai fica a critério do cliente querer comprar ou não e pagar os juros. Alem de ter sido grosso e mal educado. Disse que se nao estava satisfeita que nunca mais o colocasse os pes na loja. Pedit o telefone para a moça de isse que nao sabia décor. Pedi pra falar com o dono ou o gerente da loja disse que nao estava. . Enfim, fica o alerta. Nao comprei nessa loja. Eles têm que vender pelo valoe anunciado. O que eles fazem é crime. Não se cobra juros sem a permissão do cliente.
