★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou relatar o que aconteceu no dia 08/09/2020 no Lojão Bacuri, situado na AV. Dr. João Silva Filho, 2015. A minha Esposa foi comprar 6 metros de piso e o vendedor passou o cartão de crédito, a minha esposa digitou a senha e a transação foi aceita com sucesso! no entanto quando ela já estava indo embora o vendedor a chamou novamente e pediu para passar o cartão de novo, segundo ele "a transação não deu certo" e ela inocentemente passou novamente o cartão, digitou a senha e a transação foi aceita mais uma vez. Quando ela chegou em casa ví no extrato do Nubank que a conta tinha sido debitada 2 vezes, no valor de 132 reais cada. Rapidamente retornamos lá e o problema foi resolvido.
Quis deixar aqui esse relato para que as pessoas tomem cuidado, pois não existe esse negócio de passar o cartão novamente com a transação tendo sido aceita!
I will report what happened on 08/09/2020 at Lojão Bacuri, located at AV. Dr. João Silva Filho, 2015. My wife went to buy 6 meters of floor and the seller passed the credit card, my wife entered the password and the transaction was successfully accepted! however when she was already leaving the seller called her again and asked to pass the card again, according to him "the transaction did not work" and she innocently passed the card again, typed the password and the transaction was accepted again . When she got home I saw on the Nubank statement that the account had been debited twice, worth 132 reais each. We quickly returned there and the problem was resolved.
I wanted to leave this report here so that people can be careful, because there is no such thing as passing the card again with the transaction having been accepted!
