Portanto entrei no site e fiz o processo para gerar um pedido de troca por outra cor, isso já faz uns 15 dias e não tive nenhum retorno. Mandei e-mails e nada. Um descaso com o comprador!
I bought a belt for my car, but it didn't come in the desired color, because the same color was different from the color of the photo on the website. So I went on the website and did the process to generate an exchange order for another color, that has been around for 15 days and I have not had any feedback. I sent emails and nothing. A neglect with the buyer!
