★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 1 gabinete, que arrependimento, foram entregar e nem me avisaram que nao montavam, ate entao blz, eu mesma resolvi montar os parafusos vieram diferentes e nao regulava certinho na madeira. Resolvi ligar na loja so responderam que a fabrica manda tudo certinho os parafusos e que nao podiam fazer nada, se mandassem os parafusos certos eu nao estaria reclamando, mas como eu ja havia lido nos demais conentarios que nao fazem nada apos a entrega e nao se.preocuopam resolvi deixar quieto. Enfim mais 1 cliente insatisfeita e se for pra eu indicar? Jamais indicarei.
I bought 1 cabinet, what a regret, they went to deliver and they didn't even let me know that they didn't assemble, until then blz, I decided to mount the screws myself, they came different and I didn't regulate the wood correctly. I decided to call the store, they only replied that the factory sends everything exactly the screws and that they could not do anything, if they sent the right screws I would not be complaining, but as I had already read in the other dealers that do nothing after delivery and not .preocuopam I decided to leave it alone. Anyway 1 more dissatisfied customer and if it is for me to indicate? I will never indicate.

A loja já foi boa, hoje em dia eles mal atendem os clientes.
Comprei uma porta que foi entregue com 4 dias de atraso, e quando chegou, veio cheio de avarias, o batente veio quebrado.
Liguei na loja, e me disseram que eu tinha que ligar no fabricante, sendo que comprei na loja e não direto do fabricante.
Não recomendo para ninguém.
Não percam o tempo de vcs nessa loja.
Obs. Dei uma estrela pq nao tem como da menos

The store used to be good, nowadays they barely serve customers.
I bought a door that was delivered 4 days late, and when it arrived, it was full of damage, the jamb came broken.
I called the store, and they told me that I had to call the manufacturer, since I bought it at the store and not directly from the manufacturer.
I don't recommend it to anyone.
Don't waste your time in this store.
