Remarquei para outro dia/horário e depois me ligaram porque não podiam. Queriam impor um horário ou adiar em mais uma semana a instalação. PÉSSIMO atendimento ao cliente. Como existe concorrência, recomendo fortemente que busquem outra loja. Se antes de instalar o varal já apresentam problemas, imagina que for necessário buscar assistência. Roubada

I rescheduled for another day / time and then they called me because they couldn't. They wanted to impose a schedule or postpone the installation for another week. POOR customer service.
