★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, compramos uma cama box, o vendedor prometeu 5 anos de garantia. Com menos de um ano o colchão começou a abrir buracos na madeira, começou a abaixar a espuma e descosturar as linhas, saliento que, não foi por mal uso porque não temos criança pequena em casa, apenas dormimos normalmente.
Após cerca de 1 ano e 8 meses quando o colchão já estava impossível de dormir, fomos até a loja para procurar saber sobre a garantia, o mesmo vendedor nós atendeu, explicamos sobre o que aconteceu, ele com poucas palavras afirmou que nunca havia dito que o colchão tinha 5 anos de garantia e não tentou nem ao menos nós orientar em algo. Ah, ele também nos segurou na loja entrando no nosso psicológico com as técnicas de vendedor afirmando que se não comprassemos o colchão e o baú juntos naquele momento, ele não ia mais fazer por aquele valor. E acabou que o "barato" dele saiu caro.
Horrible, we bought a box bed, the seller promised a 5 year warranty. With less than a year the mattress started to open holes in the wood, started to lower the foam and unravel the threads, I emphasize that, it was not due to misuse because we do not have a small child at home, we just sleep normally.
After about 1 year and 8 months when the mattress was already impossible to sleep, we went to the store to find out about the warranty, the same seller answered, explained what happened, he in a few words said that he had never said that the mattress had a 5 year warranty and did not even try to guide us on anything. Ah, he also held us in the store, entering our psychological with salesman techniques stating that if we didn't buy the mattress and the chest together at that moment, he wouldn't do it for that amount anymore. And it turned out that his "cheap" was expensive.
