★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentavelmente a minha experiência foi NEGATIVA, o técnico que veio fazer o reparo no meu filtro da marca IBBL, efetivou a troca da boia sem o mínimo de cuidado com a higienização, chegou aqui com uma luva preta que utiliza para dirigir a moto e trocou a peça sem retirar as luvas e higienizar as mãos para manipular a referida troca. As pessoas do atendimento da loja são educadas, porém não demonstram nenhum tipo de flexibilidade diante da insatisfação do cliente. Não fiquei satisfeita mesmo. A solução que apresentam é troca de peças com valores absurdamente elevados e tá tudo resolvido pra eles.....lamentável!
Unfortunately my experience was NEGATIVE, the technician who came to repair my IBBL filter, carried out the change of the float without the minimum care with hygiene, arrived here with a black glove that he uses to drive the bike and changed the piece without removing gloves and hand hygiene to handle the exchange. The people at the store are polite, but do not show any kind of flexibility in the face of customer dissatisfaction. I wasn't really satisfied. The solution they present is to exchange pieces with absurdly high values and everything is solved for them ..... unfortunate!
