★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me venderam um produto que não existia, quando fui retirar me disseram que não tinha o berço... situação muito chata, disseram que não iriam devolver o dinheiro e me deram um crédito... Quando na verdade é direito do consumidor a devolução do dinheiro. Peço mais atenção com esse tipo de caso pois vender um produto e na retirada não existir, é um absurdo!
They sold me a product that didn't exist, when I went to pick it up they told me they didn't have the crib... very annoying situation, they said they wouldn't return the money and they gave me a credit... When in fact it's the consumer's right to return the money. I ask for more attention with this type of case because selling a product and the withdrawal does not exist, is absurd!

Amei a vendedora Eliane também muito paciente e a loja fornece um catálogo do que é necessário para enxoval achei super prático.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei mais da loja da Penha do que de Guarulhos...com relação a atendimento, atenção com o cliente e troca de domingo,sendo que tem um placa lá enorme dizendo que não troca de domingo,feriado e sábado...muito obrigado pelo atendimento,nota 10...na loja de Guarulhos além de um atendimento ruim a loja em pleno sábado dia de arrasar nas vendas, as roupas toda ensacada para mudar as coisas na loja, péssimo dia pra fazer isso... perdeu vendas e muitos clientes tenho certeza
