★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é pequena e fica no Shopping Estacao onde n tem muitas opções. Nota-se a economia por não haver clientes suficientes dentro da loja, pois algumas luzes ficam apagadas. Outro ponto negativo é porque mesmo diante dessa ausência de atratividade o estacionamento é cobrado antecipadamente. Ou seja, se você entrar e não achar o que deseja, que é provável, já vai ter gasto desnecessariamente duas três vezes: gasolina, tempo e dinheiro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A maioria dos produtos n tem identificação de preço. A gente pega uma coisa achando que é o valor que tá ao lado quando vai passar no caixa é um outro valor, e sempre bem maior. Colocam produtos de mesma especialidade só que de marca diferente, um do lado do outro, Colocam o preço do mais barato e o mais caro fica sem preço. Mais de 3 vezes aconteceu isso comigo.

Como o desconto sai apenas no final da compra, o cliente só descobre q foi enganado ao somar todos os itens ao final e verificar q pagou o preço normal. Aconteceu comigo hoje e o funcionário q indicaram como gerente recusou a devolução da quantia paga a mais.
Beware of promotions in the light style more for less! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como toda e qualquer Lojas Americanas, o atendimento sempre deixa a desejar. A ausência de funcionários, seja para vendas, tirar dúvidas, ou no caixa é precário. Ao menos, um diferencial dela é a organização, comparando as outras.
Like any and all Lojas Americanas, the service always leaves something to be desired. The absence of employees, whether for sales, answering questions, or at the cash register is precarious. At least, one of its differentials is the organization, comparing the others.
