★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os setores são muito desorganizados. O atendimento é demorado. Os produtos tem preços confusos tendo preços diferentes para o mesmo produto em prateleiras diferentes. Muitos produtos danificados continuam na loja. Há muitas gôndolas vazias. Os preços diferem muito entre site, loja 1 e loja 2. E o pior, as promoções que consideram produtos de preços iguais são uma espécie de armadilha. Nunca existem 3 produtos diferentes com preços iguais pra que a promoção seja aproveitada.
The sectors are very disorganized. The service is time consuming. The products have confusing prices having different prices for the same product on different shelves. Many damaged products remain in the store. There are many empty gondolas. Prices differ greatly between site, store 1 and store 2. And worse, promotions that consider products of equal prices are a kind of trap. There are never 3 different products with equal prices for the promotion to be used.

Terrible!!! I requested 12 items and they only sent me 9, they took my money, they don't answer, they don't respond, not even a satisfaction.
