No Setor de Eletrônicos a colaboradora não sabia nem o que era 'Home Teather', inexpressivas e totalmente leigas à função que exercem. Pois bem, saí de lá #chateada e fui comprar na Sol onde é mais caro, porém é organizado, tem colaboradores informados. Fico pensando no dono da empresa que deve perder muitas vendas, altas, por falta de vontade dos funcionários. Lamentável.
Enfim. Não me acostumo com atendimento ruim.
 Unfortunately it doesn't have zero stars and that's why I give one.
In the Electronics Sector, the collaborator did not even know what 'Home Teather' was, meaningless and totally lay to the function they perform. Well, I left there #chateada and went to buy at Sol where it is more expensive, but it is organized, it has informed employees. I keep thinking of the owner of the company who must lose a lot of sales, high, due to the employees' unwillingness. Unfortunate.
Anyway. I don't get used to bad service.

A loja é toda bagunçada, produtos sem identificação de preços, atendentes super mau educados, a frente de caixa enificiente, longas filas para uma pessoa atender, já tive péssimas experiências de passar mais de 30 minutos aguardado ser atendido.
A big store, but with poor service. The store is all messed up, products without price identification, super rude attendants, inefficient checkouts, long lines for one person to attend, I've had terrible experiences of spending more than 30 minutes waiting to be served.
