★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é bem localizada e como todas as americanas sempre tem promoções convidativas no interior da loja. O problema, muitas vezes, está na fila do caixa, ora o sistema está lento, ora tem poucos funcionários.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer uma compra de $50 reais, e simplesmente disseram que não aceita aproximação. Perguntei por qual motivo porque também sou atendente e sei que a máquina faz aproximação. Disseram que o sistema estava travando e quando perguntei se podia tentar, se recusaram, não me deixaram tentar fazer o pagamento. Fiquei sem minha compra. Sai indignada. Uma fila enorme e ter que passar por isso na beira do caixa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento tranquilo. Muitas opções de produtos ,mas nem tudo que se vê nas propagandas e na internet tem nas americanas do Fonseca RJ . E isso não condiz com a realidade.
Acho que estas são as únicas falhas.
( A falta do produto da propaganda e da internet. Além do preço elevado do produto que não tem nada a ver com a realidade ).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja bem grande, tem um pouco de cada coisa, talvez vc não encontre exatamente o que quer por lá, o básico com certeza, guloseimas, bebidas, algumas peças de roupas, doces sem dúvida, mas parece uma loja fantasma, só tiver alguma dúvida vai ter q perguntar ao caixa, não tem segurança, sem medição de temperatura e álcool na entrada.
Very big store, it has a little bit of everything, maybe you won't find exactly what you want there, the basics for sure, treats, drinks, some clothes, sweets without a doubt, but it looks like a ghost shop, just have any questions will have to ask the cashier, there is no security, no temperature measurement and alcohol at the entrance.
