★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de hj não compro mais nada nessa rede.
Infelizmente fui constrangido pelo gestores de uma loja física de Jaboatão dos Guararapes hoje por volta das 16:50 por aí , cheguei para comprar um microondas é tinha três tipo 21, 26 ,32 litros ,todos estavão com o mesmo valor pregado em cada
Pedir o de 32 lt ,quando passou no caixa o valor alterou para 699. Chamaram a gerente do setor quando ela chegou ,chegou arrogante dizendo que o papel de preço não tava colada no produto ,(me constrangendo na frente de todos .isso para mim deu a entender que ela quis dizer que eu ou outra pessoa tinha feito isso )porém em momento algum eu fui mexer lá, foi a própria vendedora que pegou para mim , se quiserem pode pedir o vídeo de monitoramento de vcs.
Fiz um pequeno vídeo, tirei foto é a única coisa que o gerente (acho que ele era o geral )falou pra mim que o produto só sairiam no valor de 699.
O que me revoltou não foi o valor alterado, mais sim a forma dos gestores da lojas não ter um diálogo, pelo menos ter pedido desculpa pelo transtorno,
Infelizmente não compro mais com vcs.
Espero que vcs tomem providência sobre isso é capacitam os gestores melhores

What revolted me was not the changed value, but the way the store managers did not have a dialogue, at least to have apologized for the inconvenience,
Unfortunately I don't buy more with you guys.
I hope you guys take action on this and empower better managers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui efetua uma compra onde tinha placa de promoção no caixa constava valor normal, o rapaz chamou a líder e ele com maior desdem olhou todos os o ítens que estava levando para conferir o "preço". A loja coloca promoção não atualiza o sistema e os funcionários ainda trata o cliente com desdém e constrangimento. Uma lástima. Duas ? pelas promoções pq o atendimento me fez parece que estava pedindo esmolas a líder de caixa!
I went to make a purchase where there was a promotion sign in the cash register, there was normal value, the boy called the leader and he looked with greater disdain on all the items he was taking to check the "price". The store places promotion does not update the system and the employees still treat the customer with disdain and embarrassment. Too bad. Two ? for the promotions because the service made me look like I was asking the cash leader for alms!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja pouco baguncada, mas tem muita variedade de produtos. Os atendentes do Caixa são poucos por isso há fila para pagamentos das compras.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ loja horrível, muitos caixas , porem poucos funcionários para opera-los, filas grandes e demoradas. muito estressante as filas e o pior é que eles veem isso ocorrendo e nada fazem , so tomam providencias quando alguém reclama. lamentavel.
Horrible store, many cashiers, but few employees to operate them, long and long queues. the queues are very stressful and the worst thing is that they see this happening and do nothing, they only take action when someone complains. unfortunate.
