Sinto falta de alguns produtos em promoção que são anunciados no Instagram mas não estão disponíveis na loja. Um ponto que precisa ser mudado é ter mais guichês de pagamento funcionando. Creio que são três ou quatro, porém as vezes só um ou dois estão realizando pagamentos, e não é o suficiente para atender a demanda, ainda mais em tempo de pandemia que precisamos encurtar o tempo na fila. Outro pronto que precisa ser mudado também é o atendimento pelo Whatsapp. Demora demais. Mas os funcionários na loja física são atenciosos.

I believe there are three or four, but sometimes only one or two are making payments, and it is not enough to meet the demand, especially in a pandemic time that we need to shorten the time in line. Another ready that needs to be changed is also the Whatsapp service. It takes too long. But the employees at the physical store are attentive.
