★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difícil ser atendido hein? Você compra se estiver muuuuuuuito afim mesmo e com bastante tempo. Fui falar com uma funcionária, aparentemente gerente, pq temos que praticamente que pedir pelo amor de Deus p ser atendido, recebi a seguinte resposta: "aqui é auto atendimento!".
Contei 6 funcionários. São todos para reposição de produtos? Deve realmente ser ruim trabalhar aqui, eles não devem estar felizes, sendo valorizados. Essa é uma crítica direta à rede. Erro da rede ao não incentivar os funcionários, não proporcionarem boas condições de trabalho provavelmente.
Hard to be served huh? You can buy it if you are soooo in the mood and have plenty of time. I went to talk to an employee, apparently a manager, because we practically have to ask for the love of God to be attended to, I received the following answer: "this is self-service!".
I counted 6 employees. Are they all for product replacement? It must be really bad working here, they must not be happy, being valued. This is a direct criticism of the network. Network error by not encouraging employees, not providing good working conditions probably.

Not very good the last time I was there... yesterday I couldn't buy anything there just an open cashier and a huge queue .. I think the store lacks a bit of organization... and more open boxes...

Comprei um secador paguei pelo seguro que eles oferecem com tanto favor, só paguei pq me falaram que se pagasse iria poder trocar diretamente na loja, me falaram que seria melhor até menos burocrático era só ir direto na loja. Fui lá o moço que me atender, me disse que era só ligar na seguradora que eles iriam me enviar um código que era só eu apresentar. Pois bem, liguei lá e eles me disseram que só funciona dps de um ano da garantia do fornecedor. Mas pensem comigo se eu sei que já tem o 1 ano de garantia PQ DIABOS EU PAGARIA DUAS VEZES SEM NECESSIDADE? SE EU SOUBESSE QUE TERIA Q MANDAR NA ASSISTENCIA DA PHILCO, E ESPERAR TODA ESSA BUROCRACIA PRA PODER TROCAR MEU APARELHO. É SURREAL!!
Não comprem!!! Eles te vendem uma ideia q não existe!!!! Um descaso total com a gente.
Terrible service! The attendants are totally disqualified for the functions. I bought a dryer, I paid for the insurance that they offer with such favor, I only paid because they told me that if I paid I would be able to exchange it directly at the store, they told me that it would be better, even less bureaucratic, just go straight to the store. The guy who answered me went there, he told me that I just had to call the insurance company and they would send me a code that I just had to present. Well, I called there and they told me that it only works after one year of the supplier's warranty. But think with me if I know you already have the 1 year warranty WHY THE HELL WOULD I PAY TWICE WITHOUT NEEDED? IF I KNEW THAT I WOULD HAVE TO SEND PHILCO ASSISTANCE, AND WAIT ALL THIS BUREAUCRACY TO BE ABLE TO CHANGE MY DEVICE. IT'S SURREAL!!
Do not buy!!! They sell you an idea that doesn't exist!!!! A total disregard for us.
