★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por conta da Covid, o estabelecimento aderiu aos protocolo porém os funcionários não seguem, inclusive vários funcionários sem máscaras indo de contramão com o que a empresa prega. O atendimento caiu bastante se tornando um dos piores lugares para se comprar, além de produtos com qualidades inferiores.
 On account of Covid, the establishment adhered to the protocol but the employees do not follow, including several employees without masks going against what the company preaches. The service dropped a lot becoming one of the worst places to buy, in addition to products with inferior quality.

Comprei dois celulares dia 27/11/21,
Na hora do pagamento eles incluíram um seguro pra cada aparelho sem informar nada.
Quando eu percebi o rapaz já tinha finalizado a compra, questionei e ele disse que já estava no sistema e na plaquinha com a informação do aparelho e do seguro.
Mais eu tinha tirado um foto antes da compra e não tinha a informação do seguro, acontece é que eles trocaram a placa usando assim de má fé.
Me falaram que não tinha como cancelar o seguro, depois diseram que só daria certo no outro dia, acabei desistindo.
Não precisava tentar enganar o cliente!

I bought two cell phones on 11/27/21,

But I had taken a picture before the purchase and I didn't have the insurance information, it turns out that they changed the plate using it in bad faith.
They told me that there was no way to cancel the insurance, then they said it would only work the next day, so I ended up giving up.
