★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na vez em que fui nas Americanas, a loja não estava organizada, alguns produtos estavam sem preço, os leitores de preço não estavam lendo QR code dos produtos e infelizmente o lugar não tem funcionários para auxiliar os clientes.
Tenho certeza que a Americanas perde muitas vendas por não ter vendedores na loja ou pelo menos pessoas para tirar as dúvidas dos clientes.
Quase deixei de comprar lá pq no setor não tinha o produto que eu buscava, por sorte achei o produto em outro setor.
The time I went to Americanas, the store wasn't organized, some products were priceless, the price readers weren't reading the products' QR code and unfortunately the place doesn't have employees to help customers.
I'm sure Americanas loses a lot of sales because it doesn't have salespeople in the store or at least people to answer customers' questions.
I almost stopped buying there because the sector didn't have the product I was looking for, luckily I found the product in another sector.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja abandonada, sem gerente, sem caixas (fica somente um por vez). Cx especial não tem. A loja muito desorganizada. Não se acha nenhum vendedor. O gerente nunca está disponível.
Abandoned store, no manager, no boxes (only one is left at a time). Special box does not have. Very disorganized store. No seller can be found. The manager is never available.
