★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui procurar auxílio para trocar ou arrumar um liquidificador que comprei dia 29 de setembro,ao entrar na loja com o produto o fiscal que estava na porta me olhou como quisesse me intimidar ,o mesmo ficou parado na minha frente esperando que eu fizesse algo para ter a oportunidade de me corrigir, quando falei que só iria comprar outro liquidificador mais barato para ficar até resolver o problema com a Philco,ele saiu da minha frente.Infelizmente não vi o nome da pessoa que ficou encarando-me porque a minha intenção era o problema,mas dá próxima vez vou com certeza anotar o nome, isso ocorreu hoje,dia 06/10/2021 na loja do Parque Shopping Bahia nas Americanas e foi constrangedor.Fica a minha reclamação para que os funcionários sejam mais educados e saibam que quem quer resolver um problema não está procurando outro,a minha intenção era resolver e momento algum dei motivo para o comportamento intimidador do funcionário que estava como segurança na porta da loja.
I went looking for help to change or fix a blender that I bought on September 29, when I entered the store with the product, the inspector at the door looked at me as if he wanted to intimidate me, he was standing in front of me waiting for me to do something to have the opportunity to correct me, when I said I was just going to buy another cheaper blender to stay until I solved the problem with Philco, he got out of my way. Unfortunately, I didn't see the name of the person who was staring at me because my intention was the problem, but next time I'll definitely write down the name, it happened today, 10/06/2021 at the Parque Shopping Bahia store in Americanas and it was embarrassing. you want to solve a problem you're not looking for another one, my intention was to solve it and at no time did I give a reason for the intimidating behavior of the employee who was security at the door of the store.
