★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoro este lugar, preço bom, o pessoal super atencioso. Sempre o indico para amigos. Encontra de tudo lá, literalmente. Já comprei presentes para crianças, material de construção, material escolar, utilidades para cozinha e banheiro...etc Ficam abertos até nos domingos a tarde, pelo menos até às 14hs.
 I love this place, good price, super attentive staff. Always tell you for friends. It finds everything there, literally. I already bought gifts for children, construction material, school supplies, kitchen utilities and bathroom ... etc. etc are open even on Sundays in the afternoon, at least until 14hs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faço compras há anos neste lugar. Na minha casa temos frigideiras, copos, e demais utensílios domésticos bem como de jardinagem, todos são de lá. Estive dia 31/12 na loja e "uma vendedora" (não me lembro o nome, mas se trata de uma senhora loira de cabelos curtos) me acompanhou em minha compra. Muito simpática por sinal. Eu buscava um tipo de taça que já acompanhava na loja desde 2020. Eu encontrei as encontrei e ela me sugeriu comprar um qtde que vinha nas caixas (6) pois a vantagem do valor sairia na qtde. Porém, naquele dia comprei apenas 2. Voltei ontem para comprar o restante que havia lá (5 taças de vidro). E a procurei e por acaso ela estava no caixa.
Expliquei a ela que queria levar os demais copos como ela havia me proposto na semana anterior. Eu ainda sairia perdendo 1 taça na caixa (que geralmente tem 6) e eu já havia comprado 2 por um valor maior. Primeiramente ela se apresentou como responsável da loja, e disse que eu estava equivocada, que não era método "deles" fazer assim. Ela disse que não poderia levar os copos avulsos pelo mesmo valor dos copos da caixa (em sua maioria são os mesmos). Para mim, não fez nenhum sentido e eu disse isso a ela e tentei argumentar de diversas formas. Ela me propôs um desconto de 5%. Eu de saco cheio da situação aceitei e fomos para o caixa mudas paguei e fui embora. A forma de tratamento diferiu demais com a que encontrei no dia 31/12. Parecia que eu estava querendo comprar um item valioso da casa dela por bagatela. Estou apenas falando de 5 taças de vidro (que já tem o percentual da loja em cima) com uma diferença de apenas 4 reais para loja. E veja, não é o valor, mas o tratamento ridículo que recebi com uma argumentação fraca e vazia, como se eu fosse uma cliente que tinha que comprar.
Péssimo! Enfim, tantos anos de compras acabaram neste dia. NÃO PRETENDO VOLTAR NUNCA MAIS! Sinto muito pelo desabafo. Mas não precisava o tamanho descaso por um valor tão baixo. Lamentável!
I've been shopping at this place for years. In my house we have frying pans, cups, and other household items as well as gardening items, they are all from there. I was at the store on 12/31 and "a saleswoman" (I don't remember the name, but it is a blonde lady with short hair) accompanied me in my purchase. Very friendly by the way. I was looking for a type of glass that I had been in the store since 2020. I found them and she suggested I buy a qty that came in the boxes (6) because the value advantage would come out in the qty. However, that day I only bought 2. I came back yesterday to buy the rest that was there (5 glass cups). And I looked for her and she happened to be at the register.
I explained to her that I wanted to take the other glasses as she had proposed to me the week before. I would still lose 1 cup in the box (which usually has 6) and I had already bought 2 for a higher price. First, she introduced herself as the person in charge of the store, and said that I was wrong, that it was not "their" method to do so. She said she couldn't take the single cups for the same price as the cups in the box (most are the same). It didn't make any sense to me and I told her that and tried to argue in different ways. She offered me a 5% discount. I was fed up with the situation and accepted it and went to the cashier, paid and left. The form of treatment differed greatly from the one I found on 12/31. It looked like I was looking to buy a valuable item from her house for a cheap price. I'm just talking about 5 glass cups (which already have the store's percentage on top) with a difference of only 4 reais for the store. And look, it's not the value, but the ridiculous treatment I received with weak and empty reasoning, as if I were a customer who had to buy.
Terrible! Anyway, so many years of shopping ended on this day. I DON'T WANT TO GO BACK NEVER AGAIN! I'm sorry for the rant. But there was no need for such neglect for such a low price. Unfortunate!
