★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência com essa loja ... Fiz uma compra , me garantiram q seria entregue na data do dia 11/10, fiquei dia todo esperando pela minha mercadoria e nada. Não recebi nenhuma ligação, sobre a entrega nem da loja e nem do entregador. Fiz eu a ligação na loja, perguntando se já estavam com minha entrega a caminho, fui passada para falar com o gerente, que por sinal muito mal educado e sem noção ,qndo eu exigi a entrega do meu produto no prazo estipulado pela loja. Ele me disse q não conseguiria fazer a entrega, no prazo que eles mesmo garantiram que seria entregue...
Deixo aqui minha indignação e insatisfação com a loja e já garantindo q não compro com eles ,mais nem um copo... Bando de incompetentes
Terrible experience with this store... I made a purchase, they assured me that it would be delivered on 10/11, I was waiting all day for my merchandise and nothing. I didn't receive any call, about the delivery, neither from the store nor the delivery person. I made the call at the store, asking if my delivery was already on the way, I was asked to speak with the manager, who by the way was very rude and clueless, when I demanded the delivery of my product within the deadline stipulated by the store. He told me he wouldn't be able to deliver it, within the deadline they guaranteed it would be delivered...
I leave here my indignation and dissatisfaction with the store and already guaranteeing that I don't buy from them, not even a glass... Bunch of incompetents
