★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estão totalmente atrasados fiquei com minhas parcelas toda enrolada atrasada pq fecharam na pandemia e a Empresa não tem Nenhum aplicativo para pagar e não facilitam, simplesmente querem receber de uma vez com JUROS os meses que a loja ficou fechada, revoltante, se tivesse ao menos um app não teria deixado atrasar, NAO RECOMENDO ESTA LOJA !!!!
They are totally late I got my parcels all rolled up late because they closed in the pandemic and the Company has no application to pay and they do not make it easy, they simply want to receive at once with INTEREST the months that the store was closed, revolting, if it had at least one app would not have let it delay, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Me entregaram uma geladeira no domingo, sem avisar. Acordaram os meus hóspedes de manhã cedo, pois eu trabalho com o airbnb. Uma falta de respeito de se admirar. Eles vão assim até não abrir uma loja que quebre todas as outras. É excesso de confiança. Quando somos bem recebidos, não trocamos de loja. Eu paguei à vista e sou recebida desse jeito. Incrível a falta de consideração. Eu poderia ter comprado nas lojas Bahia de onde veio o meu colchão bem mais caro.. Ok, não comprei, pois não tinha pronta entrega, como nessa também não tinha. Então resolvi comprar ali mesmo, já que daria no mesmo. No entanto, eu preciso enfatizar que a atendente foi muito solícita. Com certeza o problema não foi dela não. Grata pela consideração!
Terrible. A fridge was delivered to me on Sunday, without warning. My guests woke up early in the morning as I work with airbnb. A lack of respect to be admired. They go like this until they don't open a store that breaks all the others. It's overconfidence. When we are well received, we don't change stores. I paid cash and I am received that way. Amazing lack of consideration. I could have bought it at Bahia stores, where my much more expensive mattress came from.. Ok, I didn't buy it, because there was no prompt delivery, like this one, too. So I decided to buy it right there, as it would be the same thing. However, I must emphasize that the attendant was very helpful. It certainly wasn't her problem. Grateful for the consideration!
