 Compared to competitors prices are higher, however the quality of the furniture and slightly higher, the facilities do not have air conditioning the store becomes an oven.

I after many years shopping in the store I had a disappointment with about my meat manager answer the such of (Acacio) I HAVE TO PAY WITH MY IDENTITY will see how this care there in no explanation for this attitude and misguidedness of a person who claims to be a MANAGER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seus produtos e atendimento são bons porém, seu método derecebimento de carnê deixa muito a desejar, deveriam adotar sistema de código de barras para agilizar os pagamentos, em época de pandemia estou perdendo muitas horas querendo pagar.
Their products and service are good, however, their payment method leaves much to be desired, they should adopt a barcode system to expedite payments, in a pandemic season I am wasting many hours wanting to pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atende telefone. Ultrapassa o tempo de montagem estipulado pela loja. Me arrependo de ter comprado, se fosse para deixar mais de uma semana caixa de móvel dentro de casa não teria comprado.
He doesn't answer the phone. It exceeds the assembly time stipulated by the store. I regret buying it, if I were to leave more than a week of furniture in the house I wouldn't have bought it.
