★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até a loja buscando um autorradio, cheguei e encontrei um modelo com um valor que conseguia pagar. Efetuei o pagamento e na hora de retirar era um modelo diferente e mais simples, sendo que no mostruário o modelo era diferente. Me senti enganada, a vendedora que me atendeu me tratou super bem no entanto a vendedora que estava "ajudando" foi extremamente grossa e desnecessária. Perdi muito tempo esperando o reembolso, foi um processo democrático e ridículo que poderia ser mais rápido e prático. Não recomendo.
I went to the store looking for a car radio, I arrived and found a model with a value that I could pay. I made the payment and at the time of withdrawal it was a different and simpler model, and in the showcase the model was different. I felt cheated, the saleswoman who attended me treated me super well however the saleswoman who was "helping" was extremely thick and unnecessary. I wasted a lot of time waiting for the refund, it was a democratic and ridiculous process that could be faster and more practical. I do not recommend.
