★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma eu tive problemas com um fogão mas fui lá reclamei eles me deram toda atenção me devolveram o dinheiro e eu vou compra outro lá mesmo mobiliei minha casa quase toda esse ano nenhum dos outro móveis deram nenhum proble só o fogão mesmo me reembolsaram e vou compra outro bem melhor é uma boa loja..
It's one I had problems with a stove but I went there complained they gave me all the attention they gave me the money back and I'm going to buy another one right there I furnished my house almost all this year none of the other furniture gave any problems only the stove even reimbursed me and I buying another better one is a good store ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, me venderam um ferro de passar para eu levar, fiquei 15min para pagar na fila pois só tinha 2caixas funcionando, quando fui pegar a mercadoria fui informada pela vendedora que não tinha no estoque. Para fazer o cancelamento da compra e me devolver o dinheiro demorou muito, principalmente no caixa pois só tinha uma pessoa para atender, e como o meu era cancelamento, passaram todas as outras pessoas que iriam pagar na minha frente, perdi 1h30min na loja, como se eu não tivesse o que fazer. Muita falta de empatia para com o cliente. Nunca havia passado por uma situação assim, por fim já estava atrasadíssima para compromisso de trabalho e só me atenderam porque comecei a chorar de tão nervosa que fiquei. Não recomendo a ninguém
Bad service, they sold me an iron to take with me, I was 15min to pay in line because I only had 2 boxes working, when I went to pick up the merchandise I was informed by the seller that I didn't have it in stock. It took a long time to cancel the purchase and return the money, especially at the checkout because there was only one person to attend to, and as mine was a cancellation, all the other people who would pay in front of me passed by, I lost 1h30min at the store, as if I had nothing to do. A lot of lack of empathy with the customer. I had never gone through a situation like this, finally I was very late for a work commitment and they only attended me because I started crying because I was so nervous. I don't recommend to anyone
