Comprei um forno eletrico paguei a vista no 1 dia de uso estourou o vidro da porta trincou inteiro não me deram nenhuma assistência na loja disseram q não podem fazer nada q tenho q levar na assistência técnica eu q tenho q me virar e levar ainda nota 0 p essa loja de poços de caldas não recomendo?
My 1st and last purchase. I bought an electric oven, I paid cash on the 1st day of use, the door glass broke completely, they didn't give me any assistance at the store they said they can't do anything I have to take it to the technical assistance I have to turn around and take it still grade 0 p this store of wells of syrup I don't recommend ?

Great service when I went to make a budget, I came back and bought a sofa with the seller Thais who was super attentive. Delivery was made on the agreed day and arrived promptly. The delivery guys are super polite and helpful.

gigantic queue, why don't they add more salespeople to the cashiers? people stand between furniture for more than 30 minutes...More respect for customers!
