★ ★ ★ ★ ★ loja realmente bonita vendedora atenciosa porem são pessimos no pos venda.comprei um conjunto de mesa e cadeiras, vieram duas peças repetidas, o que impossibilitou a montagem das duas cadeiras que estao la em casa esperando a boa vontade. enquanto isso ZERO ligacoes , ZERO SATISFACAO. o sac e pessimo, de 10 tentativas de contato consegui falar 1 e a ligacao caiu e ninguem me retornou. de verdade estou super arrependida e ja me organizando para mover uma acao judicial.

Comprei um guarda roupa dia 9 de dezembro, É este demorou para chegar..
Ao ir na Loja, o gerente falou que o caminhão da entrega havia quebrado e eu teria que esperar outro para fazer minha entrega.
Na hora da montagem novas histórias...
Ao ir na loja reclamar da demora, o gerente falou que estava com 2 montadores a menos e eu novamente teria que esperar.
Quantas justificativas né???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um sofá e fiz "seguro". Com poucos meses o mesmo quebrou e fui a loja fazer o sinistro. Levei quase 1 ano para conseguir dar entrada de fato, pq as vendedoras são boas, mas quando se trata de troca a estória muda... Conclusão: no início de dezembro consegui a troca do sofá, porém até hoje ele não chegou em minha casa, e o quebrado está na sala.... E aí competição, vão entregar quando?? Já telefone vcs não atendem....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A vendedora de Magé é òtima. Eu comprei uma cama de solteiro dia 06/07/2021 , chegou no outro dia. Mas a parte da montagem demorou bastante. Foram montar no dia 21/07. Vc tem que ficar ligando pra loja e o telefone toca eles não atendem. Por muito custo liguei uma moça atendeu e o Rapaz falou que a montagem é no prazo de 10 dias . Já tinha passado aí que eles ligaram pro montador, aí a loja me retornou a ligação e me avisou que o montador ia no outro dia.
Magé's seller is great. I bought a single bed on 06/07/2021, it arrived the other day. But the assembly part took a long time. They went to assemble on 21/07. You have to keep calling the store and the phone rings they don't answer. For a lot of cost I called a girl answered and the boy said that the assembly is within 10 days. It had already happened that they called the assembler, then the store called me back and told me that the assembler was going the other day.
