★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora de comprar eles fazem o cliente se sentir uma rainha. Mas não respeitam o prazo de entrega e muito menos o da montagem. A vendendora e o Gerente ainda fazem pouco caso do cliente. Ninguém atende o telefone de forma nenhuma. Péssima referência!!!
 At the time of purchase they make the customer feel like a queen. But they do not respect the delivery time, much less the assembly. The saleswoman and the manager still dismiss the customer. No one answers the phone at all. Bad reference !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência está sendo péssima, pré venda atendimento 100, pós venda zero. Fiz a compra no dia 01/08/20 e até o momento não tive nenhuma posição da loja. Ligo para o SAC entra a voz dando as opções aí clicou na opção e a ligação cai, no telefone da loja chama e ninguém atende.
Paguei a compra a vista e até agora nada. Não indico está lija...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um buffet vai fazer um mês dia quatro de março. Estou esperando a nota fiscal e a reposição do espelho que veio com defeito. Fui a te a loja de bonsucesso, onde comprei o produto o gerente simplesmente me ignorou, a caixa fez esperar horas para dizer que iria solicitar minha nota fiscal. Até hoje espero chegar no endereço eletrônico informado. Por isso não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais uma vez venho aqui pra deixar registrada a minha indignação com essa empresa. jamais indicarei para ninguem, serviço extremamente pessimo. Mais uma vez não compriram com o combinado de me entregar o sofá, revoltante. Colam esse textinho de resposta, porém tudo mentira. Liguei 500 vezes hoje e fica na musica e depois ouvimos a pessoa desligar. Enfim, amanhã assim que a loja de Bonsucesso abrir, estarei lá para realizarem o cancelamento das duas compras que fiz . Não que mais desculpas, só saio de lá com tudo cancelado, nem que pra isso eu chamei a policia, o delegado , o presidente , até o papa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a segunda compra nas lojas Competição e na primeira vez tudo ok, agora nessa segunda vez foi tudo errado, a nota veio com o valor diferente da compra e fui informado que a entrega e a montagem iria ser agente via contato por telefone e tanto a entrega quanto a montagem o contato só foi feito no momento da entrega do móvel e a montagem da mesma forma, como eu não estava em casa na hora da montagem pedi para o montador aguarda 40 minutos e expliquei que como não foi feito um agendamento prévio, o tempo para que eu possa chegar na residência seria esse e ao chegar o mesmo já não estava no local e ainda não me atendia,tive que fazer contato de outro número e o mesmo me informou que já tinha ido embora. Não indico a loja competição a ninguém, péssimo serviço.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A princípio o atendimento na loja foi muito bom a informação que me passaram que após a entrega do produto a montagem seria agendada com dois dias após a entrega eu liguei para o SAC pedindo urgência na montagem da minha cama e a atendente me informou que não tinha data para o dia seguinte somente para depois de dois dias e eu pedi ela urgência no atendimento ela falou que ia conversar com gerente e ficou de me dar um retorno eu fiquei o dia todo aguardando o retorno e não tive retorno estou ligando novamente para o SAC e eles não me atendem péssimo atendimento
