★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu venho aqui mostrar minha insatisfação, porque achei um absurdo que uma loja do tamanho da evolução não poder resolver o problema simples de um cliente (R$45) imediatamente, uma cinta que comprei a 2 dias abriu na costura, fui informada que a loja precisa do aval da Lupo para trocar o produto ?é sério isso???? Eu não sou cliente Lupo, eu era cliente da Evolução mas depois dessa…simplesmente vergonhoso!!
I come here to show my dissatisfaction, because I found it absurd that a store the size of evolution could not solve a customer's simple problem (BRL 45) immediately, a strap I bought 2 days ago opened at the seam, I was informed that the store needs from Lupo's endorsement to change the product ?is this serious???? I'm not a Lupo customer, I was an Evolution customer but after that…simply shameful!!
