Só tenho ressalvas em 3 situações: finalização da compra bastante demorada, cansa dar vontade de ir embora, pagamentos muita dificuldades, poucos caixas, demorados e horário não flexível e uma luta para ficar em dia com a loja. Por último a entrega e armação do produto. A entrega é uma chateação vc morre procurando informações. Te passa para tantos setores que vc fica perdida. Tenho a impressão que sabem a informação mais ficam procurando alguém para informar. A armacao eu pessoalmente não tenho o quê reclamar, mas por razões minhas. Eu quero tudo arrumado logo, então reclamo exigo meus direitos. Se não for assim não andam. Descansados, nunca sabem nada da empresa que trabalham, só cumprem os seus deveres depois de muito ficarem em cima. E depois de tudo armados não entregam a Nota Fiscal que fica retido na empresa (nem sei pq é como) e só é liberado se vc for lá solicitar o que mais aporriacoes. Bjs
I like the assortment of variety of appliances. I only have reservations in 3 situations: completion of the purchase rather time consuming, tiresome desire to leave, payments a lot of difficulties, few boxes, time consuming and flexible schedule and a struggle to stay up to date with the store. Finally the delivery and frame of the product. Delivery is a nuisance you die looking for information. It passes you to so many sectors that you are lost. I get the impression that they know the info most are looking for someone to inform. The frame I personally have nothing to complain about, but for my own reasons. I want everything cleaned up soon, so I claim to demand my rights. If it is not so do not walk. Resting, they never know anything about the company they work for, they only do their homework after a lot of it. And after all, they do not deliver the Invoice that is retained in the company (I do not know what it is like) and it is only released if you go there to request what more aporriacoes. Kisses

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É vergonhoso o que esta empresa faz. Estive no dia 18 de dezembro para sondar preço de equipamentos de informática e reparei preços abaixo da média de mercado. Retornei para fazer a compra no dia 22 e como só havia as mercadorias do mostruário para vender pedi para testar. Grande decepção ao saber que tudo era "SUCATA".Havia até mesmo CPU com lacre violado, indicando que já havia sido aberta, Nada funcionava: monitores, CPU's, etc... E as impressoras vendidas sem cartuchos de tinta. Após a vendedora perceber o estado dos Itens, foi atender outros clientes e me abandonou. Se não tem mercadorias para vender; então não exponha!
It is shameful what this company does. I was on December 18th to check the price of computer equipment and noticed prices below the market average. After the seller realized the condition of the Items, she went to see other customers and abandoned me. If you have no goods to sell; so don't expose!
