★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um produto a pouco mais de 2 semanas e o mesmo apresentou defeito de fabricação e mesmo não tendo sido utilizado a loja não quis efetuar a troca do produto defeituoso e de baixíssima qualidade. Além de prestar um mal atendimento a himalaia não oferece nenhum suporte ao cliente.
I bought a product just over 2 weeks ago and it had a manufacturing defect and even though it was not used, the store did not want to exchange the defective and very low quality product. In addition to providing poor service, the Himalayas do not offer any customer support.
