★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos um colchão, pagamos a vista, a vendedora nos atendeu super bem, ótimo o atendimento, havia somente a peça de mostruário e a gerente não quis liberar para a venda, pediram por encomenda, esperamos 70 dias para recebermos uma ligação dizendo que o colchão havia saido de linha e se aceitariamos o do mostruário, como estamos há uma semana do casamento aceitamos, foi feita a entrega do mesmo que estava na loja embalado, sem embalagem ou proteção alguma, nunca mais compro nesse lugar, péssimo!
We bought a mattress, we paid the cash, the seller served us very well, great service, there was only the showpiece and the manager didn't want to release it for sale, they asked for it by order, we waited 70 days to receive a call saying that the mattress had gone out of line and if we accepted the showcase, as we are a week before the wedding we accepted, it was delivered the same that was in the store packaged, without any packaging or protection, I never buy in that place again, terrible!
