â â â â â A loja situada em Prazeres tem um pĂ©ssimo atendimento. As vendedoras ficam amotoadas, o cliente pede licença pra passar e ficam de cara feia. NĂŁo fazem o papel de vendedoras e sim e apenas de segurança e do pior tipo. Apenas o rapaz que realmente sabe atender, faz uma abordagem profissional.
The store located in Prazeres has a poor service. The saleswomen are bogged down, the customer excuses them and pass their faces. They do not play the role of saleswomen, but only of security and the worst kind. Only the guy who really knows how to answer takes a professional approach.

â â â â â A principio fui muito bem atendida na loja do Shopping Caruaru, comprei uma escova e no primeiro dia de usa ela simplesmente derreteu. Comprei na quinta e no domingo fui atĂ© o shopping para troca-la, chegando lĂĄ me falaram que eu nĂŁo soube usar a escova. (sempre escovo cabelo com outras escovas, inclusive de valor bem inferior a que foi comprada), dai recusaram fazer a troca por que nĂŁo tinha autorização.
Pediram para que eu me dirigisse a outra loja e falasse com a gerente e assim nĂŁo queriam resolver o meu problema. Depois de muita insistĂȘncia, elas conseguiram falar com a "gerente" por telefone e realizaram minha troca, mas sĂł realizaram a troca por que fiquei insistindo no meu direito de consumidora.
As vendedoras sĂŁo sempre solicitas, porĂ©m poder de gerĂȘncia Ă© zero. Resolução e comando Ă© nota 0! NĂŁo recomendo!
At first I was very well attended at the store at Shopping Caruaru, I bought a brush and on the first day of use it simply melted. I bought it on Thursday and on Sunday I went to the mall to change it, when I got there they told me I didn't know how to use the brush. (I always brush my hair with other brushes, including ones with a value much lower than the one I purchased), then they refused to make the change because I had no authorization.
They asked me to go to another store and talk to the manager and so they didn't want to solve my problem. After a lot of insistence, they managed to talk to the "manager" by phone and made my exchange, but they only made the exchange because I kept insisting on my right as a consumer.
Sellers are always solicitous, but management power is zero. Resolution and command is grade 0! I do not recommend!
