★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a large (for Brazilian standards), department store. They have a good range of clothes and a modest range of homewares. Customer service is inconsistent: sometimes staff are helpful, and other times it appears that you are an inconvenience to them. Prices here are cheap.

Many of the stores have an awful staff who treat you badly or simply with indifference as if they were being held prisoners/slaves by Leader.
Housewares are fine and have a good price, but clothing is extremely overpriced and mostly of very bad quality.
This is one of the best branches for housewares, but it probably has the worst staff you'd ever imagine to find in any popular store!
