★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gastei 9 mil reais em móveis nessa loja e para minha decepção entre esses móveis, 3 mil foi em 2 guarda-roupas que são horríveis no quesito qualidade, são totalmente frágil, as peças do móvel vem com tamanhos diferentes, inclusive as portas. As furações nas peças totalmente desalinhadas. Péssimo guarda-roupas não recomendo.
Gostaria do meu dinheiro de volta, pois nunca comprei um móvel tão ruim.
I spent 9 thousand reais on furniture in this store and to my disappointment among these furniture, 3 thousand was in 2 wardrobes that are horrible in terms of quality, they are totally fragile, the pieces of furniture come in different sizes, including doors. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fui no dia 13/06/2021, para ver rack, mesa e outros móveis, pois irei me mudar. Aí chegar no estabelecimento fui atendida por um rapaz( careca de barba), que achou ruim pq eu queria tirar foto da etiqueta com as medidas, alegou ser norma da empresa, até compreendo que seja norma, mas a forma que foi falado, com grosseria, existem formas educadas em falar.

Fui com a minha noiva e não tinha nem privacidade para conversarmos e decidirmos o que iríamos levar, porque o vendedor ficava na cola. Na entrada eu já havia falado que preferíamos olhar a loja primeiro, mas o vendedor falou que como era comissionado precisava ficar acompanhando a gente, mas na verdade só ficava seguindo a gente parecendo um segurança. Horrível! Indico para ninguém

O pos venda e pessimo, a comoda que comprei veio faltando peça, nada estava com marcações para montagem. Vendedor Luciano vai ser uma simpatia, depois que voce estiver com os problemas. Nao vai ter nenhuma assistencia alem de prazos que nao vao ser cumpridos. Peça que veio faltando nao da para montar gaveta.
