★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na Marabraz tive até que deitar referente ao valores, lá você compra móveis de compensado, quando coloca o parafuso os móveis esfarela, e eles querem vender móveis como se fosse móveis Premium ou uma Silvia designer, infelizmente hoje o consumidor vem cada dia mais sendo enganado?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe compro o berço para minha filha e o vendedor mentiu pra ela falando que o montador já estava incluído, sendo que era tudo mentira.
Minha mãe já uma senhora de idade e como eu moro aqui na zona sul ela foi sozinha compra, ela converso com o gerente"boiadeiro" e ele passou dois contatos pra ela falando que era só ligar e agendar que eles iriam montar sem pagar nada. Eu liguei para os montador e eles disse que simplesmente não ia montador pq queria o dinheiro da montagem, me cobro 100 reais para montar apenas um berço.
Minha filha nasce mês que vem e o berço ainda está desmontado.
Lamentável gente não comprem aqui.
My mother bought the crib for my daughter and the seller lied to her saying that the assembler was already included, and it was all a lie.
My mother is already an old lady and as I live here in the south zone she went shopping alone, she talked to the manager "cowboy" and he passed her two contacts saying that it was just to call and schedule that they would ride without paying anything. I called the assemblers and they said that I simply wasn't going to assemble because I wanted the money for the assembly, I charge myself 100 reais to assemble just a crib.
My daughter is born next month and the crib is still dismantled.
Unfortunate people don't buy here.

Não entregaram os moveis dentro do prazo de 60 dias, tive que escolher outros moveis para poder ser entregue, pois o meu não tinha ficado pronto e o outro foi barrado pela qualidade, marcaram 4 datas de entrega e nenhuma delas foi realizada e finalmente na 5 datade entrega vieram os moveis, porem com o sofa Furado e estofo pra fora e rack sem pintura! Obrigada Gerente Linda e Vendedor Iram da loja Sâo Migu Paulista, a honestidade de voces me assusta, pois fico imaginando se não tivessem como seriam né?! Não indico a loja pra ninguem! To 3 meses nessa situação e uma burocracia pra cancelar esses lixos de moveis e pegar meu dinheiro de volta.
Extremely horrible! The furniture was not delivered within 60 days, I had to choose other furniture in order to be delivered, because mine was not ready and the other was blocked by quality, they scheduled 4 delivery dates and none of them were done and finally at 5 the delivery came the furniture, but with the sofa Furado and upholstery outside and rack without paint! Thank you Manager Linda and Salesman Iram from the Sâo Migu Paulista store, the honesty of you scares me, because I wonder if they didn't have what they would be, right ?! I don't recommend the store to anyone! I have 3 months in this situation and a bureaucracy to cancel these furniture rubbish and get my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um sofá na loja Marabraz , quando chegou o de 2 lugares não era o que eu havia comprado pedi para realizar a troca demorou 15 dias , quando enfim vieram realizar a troca ,novamente estava errado ... Estou até agora aguardando uma solução , pois o meus espaço é pequeno e não tenho aonde deixar guardado.
Estou muito desapontada com a empresa
I bought a sofa at the Marabraz store, when the 2-seater arrived it was not what I had bought I asked to exchange it took 15 days, when they finally came to exchange it, again it was wrong... I'm still waiting for a solution, because My space is small and I have nowhere to store it.
I am very disappointed with the company
