Gostaria de deixar um elogio ao atendimento do funcionário Célio da unidade de São Roque. Comprei uma banqueta com OUTRO VENDEDOR que me garantiu que ela vinha com o apoio dos pés, porém após a compra pesquisei e não vinha com esse apoio.
O Célio por sua vez foi bem prestativo em me ajudar com o cancelamento da compra.

 I have always had good experiences with Marabraz.
I would like to leave a compliment to the service provided by the employee Célio from the São Roque unit. I bought a stool with ANOTHER SELLER who assured me that it came with the support of the feet, but after the purchase I researched and did not come with that support.
Célio was very helpful in helping me with the cancellation of the purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem atendido até a loja de São Roque receber a vista um jogo de sofá e com a promessa que o mesmo seria entregue em 45 dias por falta do produto no momento , lá foram 60 dias e até agora não fui ressarcido ou recebi o produto .

Tive dois problemas de não entrega e o mesmo me manteve informado com antecedência e para que eu não tivesse prejuízo, uma vez que já havia agendado a visita do montador, ele trouxe as mercadorias em minha casa. Indico essa loja e se possível procure o vendedor Célio.
