★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento Péssimo, entrei na loja para procurar um painel para comprar e um vendedor veio me atender, intimidando para comprar logo, sem que eu pudesse olhar as opções e valores, quando decidi ir embora ele simplesmente birou as costas e me xingou, sai da loja e ele ficou de lá me encarando, se não me engano se identificou por Paulo.
Poor customer service, I went into the store to look for a panel to buy and a salesman came to serve me, intimidating me to buy soon, without me being able to look at the options and values, when I decided to leave he simply shouted at me and cursed me, left the store and he stayed there looking at me, if I'm not mistaken he identified himself by Paulo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento pessimo .. fui fazer um orcamento com uma vendedora e ela me mostrou um guarda roupa . Gostei , porem tinha acabado de chegar no shopping e fui fazer outros orcamentos . Porem quando voltei essa vendedora que tinha me atendido estava ocupada com outro cliente , outro vendedor pergunto se poderia me ajudar . E assim foi . Só que ele nao achou o guarda roupa no site e pediu ajuda para os outros vendedores . Ninguem veio ajudar fiquei 1 hora dentro da loja e nao consegui comprar o guarda roupa desejado . Equipe nao e profissional . Ficam de birrinha ! Sem contar que o vendedor que me atendeu a segunda vez estava resolvendo um problema de familia pelo celular kk cada uma vio isso aconteceu no dia 14/03/18 as 19:20

Bad service .. I went to make a budget with a saleswoman and she showed me a wardrobe. I liked it, but had just arrived at the mall and went to make other budgets. But when I came back this saleswoman who had attended me was busy with another customer, another salesman asked if he could help me. And so it was . But he did not find the wardrobe on the site and asked the help of other sellers. Nobody came to help I was 1 hour inside the store and could not buy the desired wardrobe. Staff is not professional. They get tantrum! Not to mention that the salesman who answered me the second time was solving a family problem by cell phone kk each one saw it happened on 14/03/18 at 19:20
