No entanto, me senti enganada pelo vendedor porque, assim que começamos a ser atendidos, perguntei se a montagem dos móveis estava incluída no preço e ele respondeu que sim. Mais tarde, quando decidimos pela compra, o mesmo informou que havia uma taxa de montagem, que deveria ser paga diretamente ao montador, que é terceirizado. Esse profissional, ao chegar na casa para realizar o serviço, questionou o preço passado pelo vendedor, o que nos causou um grande incômodo como clientes.
I won a gift on my purchase, I was well attended. However, I felt cheated by the seller because, as soon as we started to be serviced, I asked if the assembly of the furniture was included in the price and he said yes. Later, when we decided to purchase, he informed that there was an assembly fee, which should be paid directly to the assembler, who is outsourced. This professional, upon arriving at the house to perform the service, questioned the price passed by the seller, which caused us great discomfort as customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Talvez a minha esperiencia com a loja não tenha sido muito boa , porque comprei uma cama que o vendedor disse que era uma ótima cama , e quando terminei de pagar a mesma tive que comprar outra , e comprei lá mesmo na mesma loja , infelizmente as duas que comprei não foi compatível com a minha nessecidade, para amenizar um pouco as dores que sinto na coluna , para min como já disse antes , a minha experiência não foi agradável , possa ser que para outras pessoas a loja tenha atendido as suas necessidades .
Maybe my experience with the store was not very good , because I bought a bed that the seller said was a great bed , and when I finished paying for it I had to buy another one , and I bought it right there in the same store , unfortunately both that I bought was not compatible with my need, to alleviate the pain I feel in my spine, for me as I said before, my experience was not pleasant, it may be that for other people the store has met their needs.
