Situada na avenida Tiradentes no bairro industrial é uma boa opção para compras e tem o próprio cartão das lojas Mariana que serve para todas as lojas. Obs: Esse comentário foi há 10 meses atrás e estive no dia 07/10/2019 e não está como antes,fui comprar uma calça jeans e não havia muitas opções e algumas calças com pequenos defeitos na costura e a vendedora achando normal.Quero acreditar que era queima de estoque para reporem,pois tenho um bom conceito da loja da Tiradentes,mas vou em uma loja mariana que tem no barreiro e ver se é melhor fazer compras por lá.
Good service and with many varieties in clothing, and the price is affordable. Situated on Avenida Tiradentes in the industrial district, it is a good choice for shopping and has its own Mariana store card that fits all stores. Note: This comment was 10 months ago and I was on 10/07/2019 and is not as before, I went to buy a jeans and there were not many options and some pants with minor defects in sewing and the seller finding normal. I want to believe that was burning stock to replenish, because I have a good concept of Tiradentes store, but I go to a Marian store that has in Barreiro and see if it is better to shop there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha reclamação hoje é de uma funcionária que me atendeu nessa loja em contagem, onde fui realizar a troca de uma peça de roupa, a mesma me tratou com extrema falta de profissionalismo e com deboche, quando cheguei ao caixa decidi não levar a mesma peça, iria trocar por outra na mesma hora, ela pegou a peça que eu NÃO iria levar mais, "jogou" na minha mão, e disse "toma bonita, vai lá e pendura a que você não vai levar, toma bonita, e traz aqui a que você quer", com tom de raiva e ignorância.
Só pra deixar registrado, eu não teria nenhum problema em ir levar a peça novamente, acredito que a mesma estava em um mal dia, porém não é obrigação de nenhum cliente colocar no cabide de volta a roupa, e não é de direito de NENHUM ser humano, ser tratado com ironia, falta de educação, desrespeito, e deboche. Sai da loja extremamente sem graça, pois não havia feito absolutamente nada para me tratar assim, acredito que estava chateada pois eu não iria "comprar nada", ela não iria lucrar, e ficou irritada por eu querer trocar. Deixo registrado também que, se não gostam de trabalhar com público, não trabalhe. Se está sem paciência, não saia de casa. Se é pra ser debochado, deixa outro profissional que realmente precisa trabalhar, ocupar a vaga.
Não volto mais a fazer compras na unidade dessa loja.
My complaint today is about an employee who attended to me in this store in the count, where I went to change a piece of clothing, it treated me with extreme lack of professionalism and with debauchery, when I arrived at the checkout I decided not to take the same piece, would change for another at the same time, she took the piece that I would NOT take anymore, "threw" it in my hand, and said "take it beautiful, go there and hang the one you will not take, take it beautiful, and bring it here you want ", in a tone of anger and ignorance.
Just for the record, I would have no problem going to take the garment again, I believe it was on a bad day, but it is not the obligation of any customer to put the clothes on the hanger, and it is not the right of ANY to be humane, being treated with irony, lack of education, disrespect, and debauchery. She left the store extremely embarrassed, as she had done absolutely nothing to treat me like this, I believe she was upset because I would not "buy anything", she would not profit, and she was irritated that I wanted to change. I also note that if you don't like working with the public, don't work. If you're out of patience, don't leave home. If it is to be mocked, let another professional who really needs to work, fill the vacancy.
I'm not going to shop at that store again.
