 The Shopping Santa Cruz store is TERRIBLE. Employees give little attention, there is no service upstairs, broken escalator, there was no store manager.... NEVER, NEVER RECOMMEND! Note ZEROOOO

A caixa foi gentil e educada e teve a sensibilidade de me deixar sentar já que estou em pós operatório.
The store staff is very polite.
The cashier was kind and polite and was sensitive enough to let me sit as I am in post-op.

I've known Marisa for many years and today I see the Marisa network at its best. Lots of variety, good prices, classic and fashionable clothes within reach of most. I hope it continues like this, always improving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem muita variedade de produtos as vezes, mas quando tem, são peças muito bonitas. Existe também a falta de alguns atendentes andando pela loja, pra auxiliar, geralmente temos que procurá-los no primeiro andar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O caixa não é um exemplo de educação. Acredito que só estivesse em um dia ruim por ter que dar treinamento para algum novato (essa foi minha visão de cliente).
Sem contar que tinha um cliente perguntando preço de tudo. Entretanto, nesse caso, resolveria com etiquetas de preços.
The cashier is not an example of education. I believe I was just having a bad day because I had to give training to some newbie (that was my client's view).
Not to mention there was a customer asking the price of everything. However, in this case, it would solve with price tags.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passaram meu cartão 2x na mesma compra, a primeira n saiu notinha e a segunda sim. Se eu n tivesse visto no app do banco teriam me cobrado 2x pq la apareceu a cobrança. Depois de um bom tempo esperado resolver deu certo, passou o cartão e saiu a notinha. Mas fico pensando em quem não foi atenta igual eu... Deu um rolo chato pq me mandaram voltar na loja caso o dinheiro n estornasse, voltei e falaram q era com o banco. O bom é que elas tentaram falar com o banco antes de passar isso pra mim.
Tirando isso, teria q dar várias passadas na loja ao longo do mês pra ver se tem promoção. Mas quando tem é bom tbm, num shortinho jeans paguei 40 e no tamanho 44. Coisa q é difícil, já que a maioria das coisas em promo é tamanho pequeno
They swiped my card 2x in the same purchase, the first one didn't come out and the second one did. If I hadn't seen it in the bank app they would have charged me twice because the charge appeared there. After a long wait, the solution worked, passed the card and the note came out. But I keep thinking about who wasn't attentive like me... It was a boring roll because they sent me back to the store if the money didn't return, I came back and they said it was with the bank. The good thing is that they tried to talk to the bank before passing this on to me.
Apart from that, I would have to go to the store several times throughout the month to see if there is a promotion. But when you have it, it's good too, in jeans I paid 40 and in size 44. Which is difficult, since most things on promo are small sizes.
