E nada... falei com o gerente que estava de camiseta preta, perguntei pra ele se poderia me atender, disse ele que iria chamar os responsáveis do setor de Celulares, realmente ele chamou No Rádio ou Microfone, esperei mais 15 min... E nada.... EMFIM SAI SEM CELULAR, MUITO INSATISFEITO COM O ATENDIMENTO, E NAO VOLTAREI TÃO CEDO NA LOJA (MARISA DO ESPAZIO OURO VERDE)
I went to the store I asked an attendant to attend me so I could buy a cell phone... I waited about 15 minutes... And nothing... I spoke to the manager who was wearing a black shirt, I asked him if he could assist me, he said he would come call the people responsible for the Cell Phones sector, he actually called No Radio or Microphone, I waited another 15 minutes... And nothing.... EMFIM LEAVES WITHOUT CELL PHONES, VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE, AND WILL NOT RETURN TO THE STORE SO EARLY (MARISA DO ESPAZIO GOLDEN GREEN)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Há anos sou cliente fiel das lojas Marisa do Spazio. No entanto, minhas últimas experiências com o atendimento da loja me fizeram desejar nunca mais pisar os pés na mesma. Uma grande pena, pois as roupas são de ótima qualidade! Acabei de sair de lá, fui fazer a troca de uma roupa e pela segunda vez não obtive sucesso devido ao mau atendimento das duas meninas que estavam no caixa. Bom, além de eu não ter efetuado a troca, também decidi em não fazer a compra de novos produtos. Sempre prezo por gastar o meu dinheiro com quem de fato merece e as lojas Marisa do Spazio não lucra mais R$1,00 comigo. NÃO RECOMENDO!!!!!
Terrible. I have been a loyal customer of Marisa do Spazio stores for years. However, my latest experiences with the store's service made me wish I'd never set foot in the store again. A great pity as the clothes are of great quality! I just got out of there, I went to change clothes and for the second time I was not successful due to the poor attendance of the two girls who were at the register. Well, in addition to not having made the exchange, I also decided not to purchase new products. I always value for spending my money on who really deserves it and Marisa do Spazio stores no longer profit R$1.00 from me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
