★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poucos funcionários para atender nos caixas. Lentidão pra atender o cliente. Comprei apenas uma blusa e fiquei cerca de meia hora numa fila com 3 pessoas. Funcionários conversam muito entre si e o atendimento ao cliente fica prejudicado.
 Few employees to attend the cashiers. Slow to serve the customer. I only bought a blouse and spent about half an hour in a line with 3 people. Employees talk to each other a lot and customer service suffers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência é sempre frustrante,a loja é boa,as roupas e calçados são de boa qualidade porém, os funcionários não gostam de ajudar os clientes,andei a loja inteira para achar uma peça que eu gostei,ao pagar era outro preço e não podia levar por fazer parte de um kit , que absurdo.As roupas ficam bagunçadas e não sabemos o valor real das promoções e nem os atendentes sabem.Já não existem vendedores com dedicação e satisfação por estar trabalhando infelizmente.E para sair de lá é dificil,vc perde o dia pela demora no caixa? Espero que melhore!
My experience is always frustrating, the store is good, the clothes and shoes are of good quality, however, the employees don't like to help customers, I walked the entire store to find a piece that I liked, when I paid it was another price and I couldn't take because it's part of a kit, how absurd. The clothes get messy and we don't know the real value of the promotions and neither do the attendants. you lose the day because of the delay at the cashier? I hope it gets better!
